Destia builds wind park infrastructure for Vestas in Mutkalampi
Destia has started building wind park infrastructure for Vestas in Mutkalampi in Central and Northern Ostrobothnia. Upon completion in 2022, the wind park will be the largest in Finland, providing 400 megawatts of renewable energy for the customers of a French green energy provider, Neoen. The energy will be generated by 69 wind turbines that will be provided by Vestas, world’s leading wind turbine provider.
As part of the contract, Destia plans and builds the site roads and hardstands, performs the foundation works for the turbines, and builds the collector system for the energy grid of the wind park. Destia uses the latest digital project tools, such as data analysis, to ensure fast and accurate delivery of the project.
